Fleetio Expands AI Service Advisor

Fleetio recently announced general availability of its AI Service Advisor, which is designed to aid fleets in making faster maintenance decisions and automating routine processes. Built on one of the largest proprietary fleet maintenance datasets in North America, it was used to assess more than $1.4 billion in maintenance spend during a six-month open beta. On average, Fleetio reported, Service Advisor helped assets return to service 2.5 hours sooner per repair.

Since the open beta, Service Advisor has expanded beyond maintenance evaluation assistance to automate more segments of the maintenance workflow. It can now prioritize issues to be resolved; evaluate repairs in context; draft service; advance low-risk approvals within fleet-defined policies; and close routine follow-up after service.
